Trailer Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All trailers are manufactured using quality materials and workmanship. Each trailer is covered by a 12-month limited structural warranty from the date of delivery or collection.

The warranty covers defects related to:

• Structural frame welding

• Manufacturing faults

• Major structural components

Warranty claims will be assessed and, where applicable, the trailer will be repaired or defective parts replaced.

Components Covered by Supplier Warranty

Certain trailer components are supplied by third-party manufacturers and may carry their own warranties. These components may include:

• Axles

• Couplers

• Jockey wheels

• Lights and electrical components

• Braking systems (where applicable)

Warranty claims relating to these components will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Overloading the trailer beyond its rated capacity

• Improper use or misuse

• Accidents or collisions

• Poor maintenance

• Modifications or alterations not authorised by the manufacturer

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, lights, paint scratches, etc.)

• Rust caused by environmental exposure

Maintenance Responsibility

The owner is responsible for maintaining the trailer in a safe and roadworthy condition. Regular checks should include:

• Wheel bearings

• Tyre pressure and condition

• Lights and wiring

• Coupler and safety chains

• Bolt and fastener tightness

Proper maintenance helps ensure safe operation and extends the life of the trailer.

Our team will review the claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or inspection.

Consumer Rights

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and does not limit any rights provided by South African consumer law.
