Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, over the weekend, or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and tracking information.
Please note that payment confirmation and order acknowledgement do not constitute a legally binding contract. In the event of pricing errors, incorrect product information, or stock discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Product Availability
Most products listed on our website will display an indication of stock availability.
However, as stock levels may change quickly, we recommend contacting our sales team via WhatsApp or email if you require confirmation that an item is available immediately or if you need a production lead time for custom trailers.
Custom-built trailers may require additional manufacturing time, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Timeframes
Our current estimated delivery timeframe is:

3–7 working days for regional and rural areas
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and transport schedules. Occasionally, there may be a short delay before courier tracking information becomes active after dispatch.
While we work closely with our logistics partners to minimise delays, delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
Trailer Shipping
All custom trailers are transported nationwide via freight transport services.
Trailers are carefully loaded into 40-foot High Cube containers and secured to prevent movement during transit. Every precaution is taken to ensure your trailer arrives in excellent condition.
In the rare event that cosmetic damage occurs during transportation, it will be fully covered and repaired.
Delivery or Warehouse Collection
Customers may choose one of the following options:
1. Warehouse Collection
You may collect your trailer directly from our warehouse by prior arrangement.
2. Nationwide Delivery
We can arrange delivery of your trailer to your address anywhere in South Africa.
Whether collected or delivered, your trailer will be fully assembled and ready for use upon handover.
Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting your trailer immediately upon delivery or collection. If any damage is noticed, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can assist in resolving the matter quickly.
Trailer Registration
All trailers must be registered with the South African vehicle licensing authorities before they may be used on public roads.
We will provide the required eNaTIS registration documents with your trailer.
You will need to take these documents to your local Vehicle Licensing Department to complete registration. Once registered, you will receive:

A number plate

A vehicle licence disc
The licence disc must be renewed annually in accordance with South African road regulations.
