Returns & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act.


Returns for Accessories and Non-Custom Products

Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Delivery costs for returns may apply unless the item is defective.


Custom-Built Trailers

Custom-built trailers are manufactured specifically according to customer specifications.

For this reason, custom trailers cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your trailer or product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange for:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Or refund where applicable

Transport-related cosmetic damage will be covered and repaired where necessary.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days using the original payment method where possible.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built trailers (once production has started)

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without proof of purchase
