These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by theterms and conditions set out below and our privacy policy also detailed below.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the content of this website is as accurate as possible we do not guarantee the content will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted at law we shall not be liable for any kind of loss or damage from action taken or reliance placed on information contained on the site.

Orders:

Any order for goods placed by you, the buyer through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under any applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded. We must receive at least 50% payment for the total price of the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the goods ordered. If any trailer you order is not in stock with us or if there is any problem with an order we will try our best to contact you via phone or via email. Please make sure all information you give during the process is as accurate as possible.

Shipping & Delivery
Bank Holiday Delivery Time:

Our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.We’re working hard to ensure that all orders are unaffected by any events whilst keeping our team as safe and well as possible. We urge our customers to follow the latest advice to stay alert and to stay at home as much as possible. We are working closely with our couriers to ensure there is little to no delay in deliveries. Our current courier performance is 2-4 working days, but there might be a slight delay in our couriers making delivery tracking available for your order.
In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. This availability is based on information from our suppliers and from sales and supply patterns. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.
If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it’s worth contacting our sales team via WhatsApp or by Email.
Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the trailer will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Liability:

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or in writing at our contact address within 7 days. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be: To repair or replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or If repair to or replacement of the goods is not possible, or the cost of repair or replacement is disproportionate in the circumstances, to give you a partial or full refund for the goods in question, depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.

Security:

Century Trade ensure all information you give us during the order process is encrypted before transmission via the World Wide Web. If any other Internet user should intercept the communication they will only be able to see it in the encrypted form.

The company makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, product editorials or product specifications. The company or its suppliers shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages arising from, or as a result of, any electronic transmission or the accuracy of the information contained herein, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Product names are used only for the purpose of identification.

Price Information:

The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via Century Trade website. Prices in our store may vary to those shown on the website. Special offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T

Cancellation And Refunds:

If you place an order and wish to cancel that order on the day of purchase, this is fine! Please be sure to reach out to us before 2 pm on the day of purchase to prevent your order from being shipped., which must be in writing or by e-mail. If you have received the goods before you cancel your order then, you must send the goods back unused and in their original packaging to the address specified by us, at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at the address specified by us, at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any amount of payment received by us for the products will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible provided that the goods in question are returned by you in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We regret that delivery charges where applicable are non-refundable. If you do not return the goods or pay the cost of return delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Cancellation By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel the order if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered: The product is no longer available due to manufacturers non supply: We do not deliver to your area; or One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any amount paid as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment.
