Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, freight schedules, and external factors beyond our control.

Our couriers operate Monday to Friday only and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Trailer Registration

All trailers must be registered before being used on public roads.

We provide the required **eNaTIS registration documents to enable customers to register their trailers at their local Vehicle Licensing Department.

Customers are responsible for completing the registration process and paying any applicable licensing fees.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier or freight companies

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery

• Delays due to force majeure events such as strikes, weather disruptions, or transport delays
