Our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.We’re working hard to ensure that all orders are unaffected by any events whilst keeping our team as safe and well as possible. We urge our customers to follow the latest advice to stay alert and to stay at home as much as possible. We are working closely with our couriers to ensure there is little to no delay in deliveries. Our current courier performance is 2-4 working days, but there might be a slight delay in our couriers making delivery tracking available for your order.
In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. This availability is based on information from our suppliers and from sales and supply patterns. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.
If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it’s worth contacting our sales team via WhatsApp or by Email.
Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

We ship your custom food trailer via freight liner nationwide, loading them into a large 40 ft HQ container and every food trailer we ship is fully secured, so any damages that may occur are fully covered to be repaired in the very rare case there is any aesthetic damage

Whether you decide to pickup your trailer at our warehouse, or if we are shipping directly to you, your food trailer will be fully assembled and ready to go. Minor assembly parts of the AC units and generator box may be required.

We provide the Bill of sale & Certificate of Origin for you to register your vending trailer with DMV, so transporting the trailer to DMV is allowed to register it.
